Well if that is not ironic, I don't know what is! For the record: I am so over pureed foods! I am way too impatient for that stuff. I generally just cut up her food in teeny-tiny pieces and she feeds herself now. Frozen peas and blueberries are her faves!
Oooh, blueberries is a good idea! I'm with Brakes, I'm done with purees, especially banana puree. The smell makes me vomit. Maddy went to DCP with cut up bananas and peas today.

Admit it, it wasn't the baby food that did your blender in, it was all the foofoo drinks.
Not sure if you have one, but our food processor purees fabulously-- and allows for a thicker consistency! (I don't use our blender.)
